Have you ever wondered where your food comes from? It’s not from a Styrofoam container or cardboard box! To learn firsthand how our food is produced, your youth will tour farming, ranching and dairy operations. The Ag Campers will meet the farmers and ranchers that produce our food and learn how it eventually gets to our plates. In addition to farm and ranch tours, your youth will also enjoy summer camp activities such as swimming, boating, campfires, canoeing, zip lining, and playing in the heart of the Kansas Fling Hills. Ag Camp provides lots of time to explore and experience agriculture in an overnight camp setting with the leadership of qualified counselors and staff, many of whom come from a farming background. Campers are housed in air-conditioned cabins and provided delicious meals to enhance the experience.
