We offer 3 – 6 day length overnight camps for completed grades K – 12. Taking part in The Camp White Experience is the perfect way to make friends, learn new skills, and create lifetime memories on a lake in the beautiful Flint Hills. We offer a variety of camping choices, there is something for everyone. Several of our camps are Christian based while others are non-religious. Some camps focus on outdoor education and others give students a chance to grow their faith in a unique environment. No matter which camp you choose, our goal is to make you feel welcome –  and to have a ton of fun, of course! Something that helps set us apart, other than our scenic location and easy lake access, is our focus on safety, communication, and our delicious food! Prairie Run Cross Country Camp          Register Here
Completed Grades 7 – 12 (Open to all Runners)
June 25 – July 1

White Memorial Camp get’s fit! We’ve teamed up with coaches from all over Kansas to bring you a unique event! The purpose of the camp is for the athletes to gain knowledge, inspiration, and foundation of the sport of cross country and track and field while meeting other athletes around the Midwest. After leaving camp, each athlete will begin his or her cross country season with new knowledge of the sport to help with a great upcoming season! Camp is going to be having a special guest for the week – Andrew Wheating! The camp will consist of morning and evening runs, group informational sessions over various running topics, live video conferences with 5 professional athletes, as well as great activities including – Zip-Lining, Rock Wall Climbing, Canoeing, Kayaking, Swimming, Archery, Group Games, and much more! Camp Fees

Augusta has been bringing youth to White Memorial Camp for years. They bring in their band, their counselors and creative programming for a unique camp experience. All are welcome so we thought we’d share this opportunity on our site this year. From Augusta’s youth site:

“Youth Pastor Dick Smith has been directing camps for the past 28 years with thousands of students and sponsors. This camp is all about Jesus and open to all churches any student going into the 6th grade through the 8th grade in the fall of 2017. We are proud to announce a special event in collaboration with the school district for youth of USD 417. A FREE weekend at camp! That’s right, thanks to generous donations from local foundations we can give local students the experience of a weekend-long summer camp! Join your friends and make new ones as we swim in our pool and lake, hike, kayak/canoe, rockwall climb, zipline, learn archery, and more! Why are we doing this? Well, it’s all in the name. We want kids to experience the unique opportunity of a summer camp. We combine outdoor education and team building challenges and most of all we have fun. Come on out, we’ll save you a s’more. And don’t worry, there’s no school or homework!

Thanks to collaboration with counselors from USD 417 for helping to create opportunity. Registration is free and space is limited so don’t wait to let us know you’re coming!

Young Adventurers’ Camp (YAC)         Register Here

July 30 – Aug 1

Here’s a shorter week for younger campers to try out camp – all the fun of a full youth camp condensed and geared for the youngsters.. We’ll swim, canoe, hike, have boat rides, learn archery, stargaze, have Bible studies, treasure hunts, campfires, play games and explore — all with close assistance and encouragement from our fabulous camp staff. While this camp coincides with LAST BLAST, our Adventurers will have their own cabin and schedule. They’ll share meals and occasional swimming pool time with the older campers. All are welcome to join in this camp put on in collaboration with the United Church of Christ.

Cost for this camp is $160 for registrations before June 10, and $185 for June 10 and later. A $50 deposit must be made now. Remaining funds are due prior to check-in, and day-of payments are subject to a $10 service charge

Summer doesn’t fade away, it ends in one LAST BLAST! It’s the last weeks before school starts. Spend it with old friends and meet new ones in a place where lifetime memories are made. Our most popular youth event returns! We’ve amped up our outdoor excursions, water activities and team challenges. Is it your time to shine in Gaga? Have you been practicing stealth for Alpha Wolf? What colors will you use to tie-dye? Along with our exciting programming, campers vote on their favorite activities to participate in each day. We’ve built in Bible study and evening worship at Vesper Point. We practice teamwork and nature education as well. Let’s not forget our delicious kid-friendly meals to boot. Activity options include: pool and lake swimming, low ropes challenge course, ziplining, boat rides, tubing, archery canoeing or kayaking, campfires with fun activities and s’mores, night hikes, star gazing, fun crafts, indoor and outdoor group games and beautiful sunsets.This camp is in collaboration with the United Church are Christ.
